The package for this role is up to £46k (Package) inclusive of basic salary, tronc, gratuities and overtime.

About the Role

As a General Manager, you will:

  • Lead the way in delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Manage budgets, deliver KPIs, meet and exceed NPS targets
  • Demonstrate and be a role model of our incredible Rockfish culture
  • Mentor and support the team in their training and career development
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
