- Conduct matters on behalf of Clients in line with their instructions.
- Management of support services, including supervision of Trainee Solicitors.
- Financial control with particular regard to cashflow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures.
- Understanding complex negligence claims and legal requirements.
- Providing regular updates to Client's on matters.
- Dealing with any queries raised by Clients on particular matters.
- Submitting required documents to court prior to trial.
- Collating medical and financial information with accurate attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Legally qualified and able to be 'Authorised Person' to conduct Litigation.
- Ability to demonstrate specialist knowledge about Personal Injury Law and Procedure.
- Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
- Courteous and professional in all dealings.
