As a Senior Product Manager for Data & Portfolio Strategy, you will shape and lead the overall data strategy and product vision for the Payments portfolio. You will own product roadmaps, work closely with data operations teams, and support delivery from concept through execution. This role is both strategic and hands on, requiring collaboration across globally distributed teams including technology, design, sales, marketing, and delivery. You will focus on customer centred, commercially viable product innovation in a fast evolving market.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the data and portfolio strategy across Payments products
  • Lead product planning, roadmap development, and execution of data driven initiatives
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Act as a product ambassador internally and externally, including at industry events
  • Analyse market and industry trends to inform product strategy and long term direction
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align priorities and support informed decision making
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and ensure products deliver customer and commercial value

Requirements

  • Experience managing software, data, or payments products within Financial Services or a regulated environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning products or significant features across the full product lifecycle
  • Strong customer focused mindset, with experience engaging customers to shape product decisions
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and prioritisation
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating across a global organisation
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills, including with senior leaders
  • Experience with ERP systems, cloud platforms, or enterprise integrations is beneficial but not essential.
