Salary: £90,000-£100,000 (OTE 110K) + training on pricing + progression to CEO + days based + performance bonus.

Are you a Contracts Manager from a Structural/Civil looking to step into a senior role with an established basement contractor offering training on building and pricing basement projects, a performance bonus to boost your income further, full management and ownership of projects and clear progression to CEO/Director level?

This is a growing specialist in basement construction, working on a diverse portfolio of residential projects in and around London. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for technical excellence, the company offers a dynamic environment with genuine opportunities for progression.

This is a client facing role involving regular site visits to assess projects and build strong relationships with clients and homeowners. You will confidently explain technical solutions and clearly present project scope and pricing. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate, well structured quotations.

Responsibilities
  • Site visits building strong relationships with clients
  • Prepare accurate tender proposals and explaining the quotation
  • Training on building basements and pricing projects

Work schedule: Mon Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Performance bonus scheme - OTE £100,000

Qualifications and Skills
  • Contracts Manager with experience in construction
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Commutable to Watford and happy to visit sites around London and the Home Counties
