We are a friendly and forward-thinking GP practice with a list size of 11,000 patients located at Violet Melchett Health & Well-being Hub SW3. Our premises have excellent facilities, and we are on an exciting journey to driving the establishment of a Health and Wellbeing Hub at the heart of the community, where there is a strong focus on lifestyle and preventative care.
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed GPs who have a passion for new models of working to join our team. We are a training practice, so we have a strong ethos of education and learning. We are part of a successful PCN - Brompton Health, with a partner being the PCN Clinical Director. CQC rated us Outstanding in Well Led and for patients experiencing poor mental health.
An excellent administrative and managerial team is in place, including workflow to manage incoming letters. The clinical team is supported by pharmacists, social prescribers, case managers for frailty, and good community mental health support.
We require two of the 5 sessions to be on a Friday, and we have flexibility on the other days the remaining sessions are worked.
