We are seeking a compassionate and motivated General Practitioner to join a unique care home service supporting patients with neuro‐disabilities in the SW15 area. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking for a flexible, patient‐focused role within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care services to residents within a specialist care home setting.
  • Deliver care in a non‐pressured environment.
  • Respond to patient needs flexibly, allowing for thorough, holistic care.
  • Managing patients day‐to‐day primary care needs.
  • Prescribing and medication reviews.
  • Reviewing test results, correspondence, and hospital letters.
  • MDT and family meetings.

Qualifications

  • GMC‐registered GP.
  • Strong communication skills and patient‐centred care approach.
  • Works well within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
  • Interested in escaping the pressures of high‐volume GP surgeries.
  • Requires flexible working.
  • Open to long‐term locum arrangement to support continuity of care.
  • Prior experience in neurology or neuro‐disability is not required.

Location

Based in SW15 (South West London), easily accessible and situated within a purpose‐built care facility.
