NFI Vermont's Allenbrook Program is looking for a full-time residential counselor. Allenbrook is a co-ed group home located in South Burlington that provides community-based treatment for adolescents. Residential counselors provide day-to-day support in the home and community. This includes teaching independent living skills, providing transportation, participating in recreational activities, and helping to manage a family-like household. The home features an in-ground pool, a basketball court, and a large garden onsite.
Pay range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, roughly 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Experience in residential care or with parenting teenagers is desired but not required.
