What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of recruiters, providing hands on coaching and guidance
  • Drive new business through proactive client engagement and strategic market development
  • Manage key client relationships within the Life Sciences sector
  • Oversee end to end recruitment delivery while maintaining your own billing portfolio
  • Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L to ensure profitability and growth
