We are seeking an experienced and polished Front of House Receptionist to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in London Victoria. This role is ideal for someone with previous front desk experience - preferably within a corporate environment - who thrives in a professional, client-facing setting. You will have excellent customer service skills, ideally with previous experience in corporate reception or high-end hospitality/retail. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, setting the tone for a welcoming, seamless workplace experience.
Full Time Permanent Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00, but flexibility required to support business needs) 40 hours per week. Salary: £30,000-£33,000.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and setting up meeting rooms
- Maintaining clean, tidy, and professional meeting rooms at all times, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and high presentation standards
- Ensuring drinks and catering are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard
- Answering phones and directing calls appropriately
- Monitoring and maintaining a well-ordered reception inbox
- Managing meeting room diary and assigning rooms
- Checking the Ashmore enquiries inbox and listening to voicemails
- Booking guests into Bluepoint
- Booking taxis for guests and staff as required
- Issuing contractor passes and managing access for contractors
- Setting up and managing catering for early meetings, including breakfast meetings
- Updating reception manuals
- Ensuring contractors have the correct H&S documentation/permits as required
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Booking loading bay slots for deliveries
- Mail management
- Inputting DHLs and ensuring they are collected by the post room
