You’ll play a central role in shaping the day-to-day experience of our office for employees, clients and visitors alike.
On a day to day basis, the Receptionist & People Team Support will…
- Reception Support
- Give a warm and welcoming Front of House & Office Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and suppliers
- Create a warm, professional welcome and managing reception confidently
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are set up and presentable
- Handle incoming calls, post, and deliveries
- Support the smooth running of the office day to day
- People Team Support
- Support the People team with admin and coordination across the employee lifecycle
- Assist the recruitment team with interview scheduling and sourcing
- Assist with onboarding activities for new starters (welcome packs, desk setup, first-day coordination)
- Help organise internal events, training sessions, and people initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and supporting basic People admin tasks
- Be a go-to support for employee queries and signposting where needed
- Office & Culture Support
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and well‑organised office environment
- Support office supplies, ordering, and stock management
- Be involved in company events, celebrations, and cultural moments
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a receptionist, office support, or admin role is helpful, but attitude, warmth, and reliability are most important.
- A naturally friendly and professional communicator
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
- Confident using basic office systems (email, calendars, documents, PowerPoint)
- A team player who enjoys supporting others
