The EMEA Business Strategy department enables senior leadership and regional teams to operate effectively across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The team works closely with reception, facilities, and executive assistants to ensure professional office operations and high-quality visitor experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily reception operations and maintain a professional front-of-house experience.
  • Manage reception coverage and adjust shifts to ensure full staffing.
  • Maintain high presentation standards across reception and meeting areas.
  • Lead, support, and monitor the performance of the reception team.
  • Act as the main contact between reception, facilities, and support teams.
  • Coordinate senior visits, internal events, and external meetings.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and resolve scheduling issues.
  • Oversee leave, sickness cover, and workload allocation.
  • Ensure conference rooms are prepared and maintained to a high standard.
  • Support executive assistants with VIP visits and group meetings.
  • Provide executive assistant support to the Head of the Swiss office.

Work Schedule & Location

This is a full-time, office-based role in our London office. Core hours are between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, with the team rotating weekly to cover earlier or later shifts (e.g., 8:00 am-4:00 pm, 9:00 am-5:00 pm, 10:00 am-6:00 pm).
