What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Managing a substantial portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Handling tenancy renewals, check‑ins, check‑outs and inspections
- Managing repairs, maintenance and contractors efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and notices
- Resolving tenancy issues diplomatically and effectively
- Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times
- Supporting the wider property management team as required
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
- Previous experience in residential lettings, property management or tenancy management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence and diplomacy when handling problems
- Knowledge of lettings processes, legislation and notices
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Team player who can also work independently
- ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential
