Aforza is seeking an experienced, high-energy Product Marketing leader with relevant experience in cloud software and the consumer products industry. As the Product Marketing leader at Aforza, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our cloud & mobile solutions across the consumer products sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to position our solutions as industry-leading, drive demand, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with the product management team to shape product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer demands.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key opportunities and threats. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates, including messaging, pricing, and distribution strategies.
- Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences. Ensure consistent product positioning across all marketing channels.
- Lead Marquee Demos at Industry Events & Trade Shows: Take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing captivating product demonstrations at major industry events and trade shows. Craft compelling narratives and hands-on demonstrations that showcase the unique value and capabilities of our solutions, leaving a lasting impression on attendees.
- Executive Demo Support: Be available to support our executive & sales team with demonstrations at key prospects when required.
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the tools, training, and collateral needed to effectively sell and promote products, including product guides, sales presentations, and competitive battle cards.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blog posts, to educate and engage prospects and customers.
- Demand Generation Partnership: Collaborate with the demand generation team to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
- Customer Advocacy: Foster relationships with satisfied customers and turn them into advocates who can provide testimonials, references, and case studies.
- Analytics and Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyse marketing and product metrics to track the success of initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in product marketing within the SaaS industry, with a focus on cloud and mobile solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the consumer goods industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
