Key accountabilities:

  • Provide advice to clients including trustees, executors and heads of family offices in connection with their tax affairs.
  • Manage day to day aspects of a large portfolio including billing, delegation and monitoring work in progress.
  • Oversee developing new work from existing clients and business development.
  • Have strong experience of working within practice and exposure to the essential elements of client service and delivery.
  • An accountancy qualification such as ACA or CTA is essential for this role.
  • Receive mentorship by the senior management team to provide soft skills development to include client and staff management.
  • Personal coaching will also be available tailored to your own individual aspirations.
  • Advisory experience is essential as part of this role.
  • Experience in the administration of estates is desirable.
