  • Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO
  • Manage and optimize the CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare documents, meeting materials, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate board meetings, leadership sessions, and key company events
  • Monitor and prioritize the CEO's emails, communication, and follow-ups
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands to support overall efficiency
