We're searching for an inspiring and accomplished People & Culture Manager to lead the HR and people strategy for three prestigious Mayfair restaurants - Amazonico, Bar des Prés, and Gattopardo - and help shape an exceptional workplace culture across the group.

From the vibrant spirit of Latin America at Amazonico to the refined Parisian elegance of Bar des Prés and the modern Italian sophistication of Gattopardo, each venue delivers a unique and world-class dining experience. About the Role - What You'll Do

As People & Culture Manager, you'll lead the HR and people agenda across all three venues, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

You will:

  • Partner with GMs and senior leaders to drive engagement and retention strategies
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure the best possible start for every team member
  • Lead employee relations, providing advice and solutions that align with our values and UK employment law
  • Deliver initiatives that promote diversity, wellbeing, and career development
  • Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Ensure policies and procedures are up to date, compliant, and consistently applied
  • Champion our culture and act as an ambassador for our people-first approach

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a People & Culture Manager or Senior HR role in a premium or luxury hospitality environment
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels, from front of house teams to senior directors
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • A hands-on, approachable style combined with strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for people development and creating a positive workplace culture
