Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage learning activities, including full training administration, preparing materials, promoting learning initiatives, and communicating learning calendars and updates.
- Prepare and coordinate learning data insights and reporting for HR Leaders, supporting monthly updates and quarterly learning reviews.
- Support the coordination and delivery of onboarding learning sessions, helping create engaging and interactive learning experiences aligned with Hyatt's learning philosophy.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for the UK Learning Strategy, helping create opportunities for colleagues to learn and develop every day.
About you
- You work well in a fast paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with confidence and efficiency.
- You build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
