The predicted salary is between 30000 - 35000 £ per year.
£32,000 OTE per annum, plus holiday allowance starting at 28 days and increasing with length of service up to 36 days. The Non Graduate Management Programme is a longer term, hands on development programme designed for individuals who are eager to build a career in hospitality leadership through practical experience, learning and progression on the job. You will gain comprehensive operational exposure across our hotels, developing the skills, confidence and understanding needed to step into a supervisory or junior management role.
- Rooms Division – 18 months (Rooms, Housekeeping, Concierge, Nights, Reception, Reservations)
- Food & Beverage – 18 months (Room Service, Kitchen, Events, Restaurant, Bar)
Exposure to central support departments to enable you to emerge as a capable manager upon completion of the programme. Direct access to the CEO and mentoring support from a senior member of the Management or Executive Team, experience in London and one other destination (Ireland, Guernsey, Switzerland or Scotland), and permanent operational management opportunities when you are ready.
