London Swimming Pool Company is a leader within the London and Southeast London areas, providing swimming pool construction, servicing and refurbishment to the very highest standards. Over the last 40 years, the company has been awarded more than 60 awards for excellence within the industry and we are excited to be recruiting for the position of New Build Manager.
The role is a combination of sales and project management, based at our office in New Malden, Surrey. A proven track record of excellent customer service is highly desirable in line with our high expectations and track record. You would also be expected to meet potential and existing clients on-site, to attend and monitor site progress through to eventual final handover.
The position will be ideally suited to someone with extensive experience in the swimming pool industry or preferably, swimming pool construction, who is looking to move into a sales and management role. An excellent package is available for the successful candidate and includes a competitive basic salary plus commission and performance-related bonus.
In addition to this we provide a company vehicle or company car allowance, contribution to a personal pension, up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, group life insurance cover, generous sick pay allowance, mobile phone and staff uniform. This role has a clear progression opportunity and pathway for the successful candidate, with the potential for a progression to being appointed a Company Director in the medium to long term.
