We're looking for an experienced Network Implementation Engineer to join a major infrastructure refresh programme. This is a hands on delivery role focused on implementation, migration, routing, switching and large scale network transformation across a multi-floor headquarters environment. We're looking for someone who can deliver, execute projects against deadlines and has strong routing/switching experience (this is not a network design role!). There will be out of hours/weekend work in this role.
Key Skills Required
- Strong Cisco Routing & Switching experience
- Deep knowledge of enterprise routing protocols including BGP
- Strong core networking experience
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless technologies
- Solid implementation and migration background
- Experience working with: Cisco Catalyst platforms
- Cisco Catalyst Center (highly desirable)
- WiFi deployment
Nice to have
- CCNP certification or equivalent experience
- Exposure to Firewall technologies
- Highly regulated enterprise
