About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to build and own our marketing execution engine. This is an individual contributor role focused on hands-on execution across multiple channels, working closely with the founders and commercial team. You will take ownership of Zango's marketing activities end to end, from event driven demand generation to content, partnerships, and product communications.

What you'll do

  • Drive and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Take ownership of the full lifecycle of Zango's event driven marketing strategy
  • Improve the structure and discipline behind marketing activities by building repeatable processes for campaigns and events, ensuring strong lead conversion
  • Drive partnerships and ecosystem marketing
  • Dive into data to uncover insights and drive smarter and innovative marketing decisions

Who we're looking for

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in fintech or companies selling to financial services is a plus
  • Experience working in a high growth start-up environment, for example, helping it scale from seed to series A/B
  • Is confident executing across multiple marketing channels
