The Role

We are looking for a Manager, Member Relations to join our London team. This is a highly visible, relationship-focused role where you will support the growth, engagement, and retention of BAB's vibrant membership community. You’ll play a key part in driving membership revenue, managing member relationships, and identifying new business opportunities—while working closely with colleagues across London, New York, and Washington DC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded relationship manager who enjoys networking, stakeholder engagement, and working at the heart of UK-US business connections.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Membership Growth & Account Management: Build and manage relationships with current members to maximise engagement and retention; Identify and convert new membership opportunities, contributing to revenue growth; Develop a strong pipeline of prospective member companies operating in the UK and US; Deliver a high-quality account management experience aligned to member needs.
  • Data, Insights & Administration: Maintain and update the membership CRM system; Track renewals, invoices, and engagement activity; Support onboarding for new members, ensuring a seamless experience; Use data and insights to drive strategic membership growth.
  • Revenue & Commercial Support: Support the membership renewals and invoicing process; Contribute to revenue tracking and reporting; Work collaboratively with UK and US teams on joint memberships.
  • Member Engagement & Communication: Develop tailored engagement plans for key accounts; Collaborate across events, policy, and communications teams; Identify thought leadership and event opportunities with members; Represent BAB at events and networking opportunities.
  • Wider Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government and trade organisations; Contribute to strengthening BAB's reputation and visibility across the transatlantic business community.
