Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions for Public Sector customers. This role combines deep technical expertise, integration experience, and customer-facing delivery in compliance-driven environments.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-12 years in software engineering, preferably in regulated environments.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC, WWF, Web API, SQL Server).
  • Solid understanding of client-side scripting (TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery).
  • Working knowledge of Python, Azure stack.
  • Experience with GitHub, CI/CD, DevOps.
  • Expertise in design patterns and REST API development.
  • Ability to deliver software and artifacts independently.
  • Experience in complex software troubleshooting techniques.

Integration Expertise (Must-Have)

  • Experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP Ariba, S/4HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, data mapping.

AI / Copilot

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Own end-to-end delivery (design development deployment support).
  • Work with customers for solution design, issue resolution, and implementation.
  • Implement integrations with CRM, Procurement and ERP systems.
  • Build API-based, event-driven, and batch integrations.
  • Ensure data integrity, traceability, and auditability across systems.
  • Leverage GitHub Copilot for code generation, review, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Contribute to adoption of AI-driven engineering practices.
  • Develop technical configurations, extensions, and custom solutions on cloud platforms.
  • Code reviews, unit testing, and maintain high engineering standards.
  • Manage CI/CD using GitHub, Azure DevOps.
  • Resolve complex issues using application and system logs.
  • Support cloud deployments, containerization, and environment stability.
  • Work with functional teams, architects, and cross-engineering teams.
