  • Build Community & Connection: You share brand stories and event details with guests and teammates, making everyone feel welcome and inspired to join in.
  • Communicate & Collaborate: You keep the team aligned by sharing company updates, supporting store procedures, and partnering with leadership to meet goals.
  • Operate with Excellence: You manage transactions, open and close the store, and use tools to track sales, labour, and budgets - keeping everything running smoothly.

Life in Our Stores

We should have examples on hand of how we've handled difficult situations or gone above and beyond to meet a customer's needs. These anecdotes will bring your application to life!

Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems
