The Head of IR will be responsible for the full range of activities relating to the investor relations strategy and fund marketing more broadly. This is a rare "first in IR" role that would suit someone who wants to be part of an early-stage private equity firm with huge growth potential and a collegiate team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading all fundraising activities and managing relationships with LPs in conjunction with the senior management team.
- Designing and developing marketing collateral and diligence materials.
- Working with the Finance team to assist in the preparation of investor reporting materials.
- Managing the CRM and taking a lead in preparing investor meetings and the AGM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 10+ years' relevant experience to include significant time in private placement advisory and distribution or IR within the private equity industry.
- Existing LP relationships developed through experience raising capital to include mid-market buy-out strategies.
- Experience presenting to audiences, strategically developing new LP relationships, project managing fundraises and servicing investors.
- A willingness to roll sleeves up and give 100% to all parts of the role.
- Strong personal values, a collegiate approach and a high level of integrity.
