What you'll do:

  • You will be responsible for supervising personnel to ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, maintaining food quality control and ensuring proper food rotation.
  • This will include participating in menu planning and food production to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving food preferences and intolerances and even special occasions, which are fulfilled by our Junior Sous Chef.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and we would require flexibility.
