The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is a new position that will suit an experienced AV site manager or AV lead/senior engineer who wants to take the next step up into AV project management. The role requires you to have at least 4 years of high-end custom AV install experience. You will be working alongside a Senior AV Project Manager and will be given small works projects to learn and train on. Key for this role is an exceptional eye for detail and a love for all things project documentation. You will be meticulous in your standards and deliver AV projects to the highest standards on time and on budget. You will need to have good client liaison skills as well as the ability to manage the AV team successfully. Projects will be a mix of high-end bespoke custom automation, 5-star hotels, and high-end MDUs. You will need to have in your skill set knowledge of bespoke lighting, home cinema, home networking, and full home AV automation.

  • Work alongside a Senior AV Project Manager and assist with small works projects to learn and train on.
  • Deliver AV projects to high standards, on time and on budget.
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation and quality standards.
  • Manage client liaison and coordinate the AV team to ensure successful delivery.
  • Handle projects involving high-end bespoke automation, hospitality (5-star hotels), and high-end MDUs.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of high-end custom AV install experience.
  • Experience as an AV site manager or AV lead/senior engineer seeking a step into AV project management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on project documentation.
  • Meticulous standards with the ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Excellent client liaison skills and ability to manage an AV team.
  • Knowledge of bespoke lighting, home cinema, home networking, and full home AV automation.
