The role will work on the origination and execution of investments in global secondary deals, covering both LP and GP secondaries transactions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Due diligence on potential secondaries acquisitions
- Valuations and financial modelling
- Deal execution from beginning to completion
- Deal negotiation and structuring
- Strategic analysis and assessment of the future value of the secondary
- Management of advisors and third-party consultants
- Background as an Analyst from a private equity group, private equity secondaries group, or from a tier one investment bank or advisory firm
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience looking to build a career in the secondaries market
