Communications (PBX) Supervisor – UK Collection
Based at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, you will lead a team of six and oversee all guest and internal communications across the UK Collection (Park Lane, Tower Bridge, and Hampshire).
You will ensure smooth, consistent operations and maintain Four Seasons standards across a high‑volume, multi‑property operation.
What you will do
- Lead and support the Communications team, ensuring smooth and consistent operations.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing guest and internal communications across the UK Collection.
- Maintain Four Seasons standards for telephone etiquette and communication quality.
- Coordinate communication between hotel departments and across properties.
- Manage escalations, guest concerns, and service recovery with professionalism.
- Support training, coaching, and development of the team.
- Monitor service levels, quality, and response times across all communication channels.
- Maintain systems knowledge and support troubleshooting when required.
- Contribute to process improvements and consistency across the UK Collection.
- What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a Communications, PBX, or Front Office role within a hotel.
- Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- A proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
- Confidence working across multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting multi‑property operations is highly advantageous.
