Role Overview: Head of HR Business Partnering – Chiswick, London, Full time, Permanent (10 days in the office per month).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of HR Business Partners, Senior HRBPs, People Partners, and one intern to address talent and organisational challenges.
  • Drive employee engagement and cultural initiatives, empowering HRBPs and People Partners to enhance the employee experience.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, guiding HRBPs and People Partners in interactions with business leaders.
  • Provide coaching and support on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement of HR initiatives.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Collaborate proactively with Centres of Excellence to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support organisational transformation efforts.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience driving effectiveness, performance and value within an HR business‑partnering team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven people leadership and development track record.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to operate at pace.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and create order from complexity.
  • Influencing and change‑leadership skills within HR and the business.
  • Collaborative mindset across HR and business stakeholders.
