We're looking for a Group Head of Membership who brings energy, drive and a genuine passion for people. Someone who leads with confidence and collaboration, inspiring their team to build strong relationships and create thriving, well-balanced communities across Home House and Home House Studio. This is a role for someone who enjoys shaping strategy and turning it into meaningful growth - from attracting new members to nurturing lasting connections. You'll take the lead on membership acquisition and retention, ensuring the right mix of members across both clubs, while delivering against ambitious growth targets and aligning closely with our brand vision.

Key responsibilities
- Strategy and Growth: Develop and deliver member acquisition and retention strategies across both clubs, aligning with brand and commercial objectives. Build and manage key B2B partnerships, identifying new opportunities to drive revenue and growth.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Lead relationships with strategic partners and internal teams, negotiating agreements and collaborating across marketing, events and commercial functions to maximise revenue and cross selling opportunities.
- Community and Member Experience: Curate a balanced, high quality membership community, ensuring strong engagement, high retention and a visible presence within the clubs. Handle member matters with professionalism and care.
- Performance and Reporting: Monitor and analyse performance across the membership pipeline, using CRM insights and data to track targets, identifying trends and inform strategy, while ensuring GDPR compliance and budget control.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, support and develop the membership team, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence, while ensuring adherence to processes, policies and performance expectations.
