Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Service Sales Managers to pursue new offshore service sales opportunities
  • Partner closely with customers to create value while understanding their commercial needs
  • Shape and safeguard the commercial structure and risk exposure of complex offshore service bids
  • Act as an engaged commercial leader, guiding the front line through all stages of tender preparation
  • Apply the right commercial levers to deliver competitive, well balanced, risk mitigated offerings
  • Work closely with global stakeholders to translate commercial strategy, governance, and risk principles into clear, structured, and effective offshore service solutions
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience combined with strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Relevant commercial or technical higher education, supported by appropriate professional experience
  • Proven ability to present complex topics clearly and with appropriate professional authority
  • Strong customer focus with sound understanding of commercial contracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to adopt new tools quickly
  • Experience in service sales for large scale wind turbine or offshore projects is an advantage
  • Able to navigate complex commercial topics with sound professional judgement
  • Outgoing, self assured, and collaborative, contributing effectively in cross functional teams
  • Able to maintain a holistic overview and perform effectively under competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates great commitment to quality and high professional standards
  • Works in a highly structured, accurate, and disciplined manner
  • Consistently challenges own work and that of others to drive continuous improvement and better outcomes
