The role is not a traditional Lettings Director or Property Management role. As Founding Operator, you will be responsible for building the Lettings & Property Management unit from the ground up. In the early phase, this means operating directly on landlord properties and running day‑to‑day lettings and management workflows. Over time, you will grow this into a scalable business unit and lead integration efforts following acquisitions. You will work closely with the founders and engineering team to translate real operational workflows into systems and automation, shaping how this vertical operates long‑term.
What you'll do
- Early phase

- Operate lettings end‑to‑end, including marketing, enquiries, viewings, offers, and compliance
