Key Responsibilities

  • General cleaning of classrooms, wards, offices, and communal areas
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washrooms
  • Emptying bins and restocking cleaning supplies
  • Following cleaning schedules and site‑specific procedures
  • Adhering to health & safety and infection control guidelines at all times

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child Workforce) – essential
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Minimum 6 months’ cleaning experience (schools, healthcare, or commercial preferred)
  • Knowledge of COSHH and safe use of cleaning chemicals
  • Two employment references
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
