At motive8, we deliver exceptional fitness experiences within premium corporate environments. We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Fitness Coach to join our team and deliver outstanding service within a high-end gym & spa facility.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering an exceptional member experience within a corporate gym environment
  • Designing and delivering personal training sessions and small group classes
  • Building strong relationships with members and understanding their individual goals
  • Carrying out inductions, ensuring members feel confident and supported
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across the facility
  • Monitoring member progress and adapting programmes to support results
  • Supporting day-to-day running of the site, including safety checks and equipment standards
  • Promoting services, activities, and engagement across the facility

What we're looking for:

  • Level 3 Personal Training qualification
  • Experience in a similar fitness or corporate environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and confident working independently
  • A proactive, professional, and personable approach
  • Passion for delivering high-quality service and member experience
  • A clear DBS is required for this position or willingness to undergo a check.
