This highly rated law firm is seeking a skilled Employment Barrister to undertake employment-related advocacy for a growing client base across both the private and public sectors. The role involves advocacy across the full spectrum of employment litigation and a lead role within the internal advocacy team, supporting and developing junior members.
The Candidate
You will play a pivotal role within this highly successful employment team, delivering an outstanding service to clients. You will bring substantial experience in employment law, with a strong track record of advocacy before the Employment Tribunal. Ideally, you will also have experience mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
