We are currently recruiting for a Qualified Dispensing Optician to join a well-established and highly successful optical practice in North London. The Role
As a senior member of the dispensing team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the practice whilst delivering outstanding patient care and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Dispensing and advising patients on the best optical solutions
- Styling frames and recommending suitable lens options
- Carrying out pre-screening tests
- Conducting contact lens teaches
- Supporting the smooth running of the practice
- Assisting with reception and administration duties where required
- Handling children's dispensing and more complex cases
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
- Troubleshooting and resolving patient queries professionally and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
- Be a qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
- Be up to date with CET requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service consistently
- Be confident working both independently and within a team
- Have strong dispensing knowledge and experience
- Be enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to continue developing
