- Develop a comprehensive reporting calendar aligned to regulatory requirements, investor expectations, and strategic business milestones.
- Define key performance indicators and operational metrics spanning infrastructure efficiency, customer growth, financial performance, and ESG impact.

- Partner with the CFO and CEO to craft narratives around business model, unit economics, growth drivers, and capital allocation.
- Maintain investor calendars, manage analyst requests, and coordinate consistent messaging across investor relations activity.
- Benchmark Nscale against peer companies and market expectations to support competitive positioning.
- Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure that translate operational signals such as infrastructure utilization, customer metrics, and supply chain performance into external narratives.
- Develop customer-facing reporting that demonstrates value and supports engagement, upsell, and retention.
- Maintain oversight of regulatory reporting obligations across the UK, US, EU, and emerging markets, including disclosures, filings, and compliance certifications.
- Lead ESG and sustainability reporting across frameworks such as GRI and TCFD, coordinating with operational teams to validate and communicate performance.
- Create executive summaries and board materials that distill operational complexity into actionable insights.
- Lead the design and implementation of data infrastructure that supports external reporting with accuracy, timeliness, and traceability.
- Coach internal stakeholders on communication best practices and how their work translates into external narratives.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through modern data platforms and automation, and develop forward-looking capabilities such as scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.

- Experience in high-growth environments.
- Track record managing SEC filings, investor relations programs, or equivalent reporting in regulated industries.
- Strong background in GAAP/IFRS, financial analysis, and regulatory frameworks.
