We are working with one of London's most exclusive event catering companies, known for creating exceptional food for luxury venues, elite private clients and high‑profile celebrations. This role sits at the centre of their creative kitchen, developing new concepts and elevating dishes to a consistently exceptional standard.
They are seeking a Development Sous Chef with Michelin‑level skill, strong flavour understanding and the ability to create refined, visually striking dishes. Around 80 percent of the role focuses on tasting and development, with 20 percent supporting high calibre events.
What’s in it for you:
- £45,000 to £50,000 per annum (DOE) plus circa £3,000 Christmas profit share bonus
- Working predominantly Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with some evening/weekend work
- On average, working 1 weekend day a month and 1 evening per week
- 31 days annual leave = 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas to New Year off for free
