Anabas Welcome is specialised in high-end reception and concierge services, the premium front of house division of Anabas. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers. We are seeking a warm, engaging and highly professional Corporate Receptionist to join a premium workplace environment. You will be the face of the building, delivering a 5-star experience and creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for all visitors and occupiers. This role combines front-of-house hospitality, workplace experience and operational support, requiring confidence, initiative and a naturally personable approach. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Thursday, flexibility needed between 07:30 am and 19:00 pm (30 hours a week) depending on site client needs with a salary of £24,089 pa.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Deliver a high-quality front-of-house and workplace experience.
- Manage visitor sign-in systems, calls, emails and enquiries.
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms and hospitality areas.
- Support events and room setups, including furniture arrangements.
- Ensure all areas are clean, presentable and fully stocked.
- Coordinate deliveries, post and courier services.
- Report maintenance issues and support facilities management.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless service.
