An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established, Lexcel & CQS accredited firm as part of its national residential property team, based in North West London.

This is an excellent role for a confident and capable property lawyer who can hit the ground running and manage a busy caseload independently.

You will handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post completion, including:

  • Residential sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and equity release transactions
  • Shared ownership leases
  • Lease variations
  • New build purchases
  • Help to Buy transactions
  • Transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
  • Title checks for freehold and leasehold properties

ABOUT YOU

  • Qualified Solicitor, ILEX or CLC
  • Ideally 5+ years' PQE
  • Strong experience handling your own residential property caseload
  • Confident managing files independently from start to finish
  • Solid knowledge of the North West London property market
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and client focused approach
