Lead by example on the floor, creating an environment that delivers warm, personal hospitality and excellent coffee and food, every time. Drive performance and consistency across your café - from food and coffee execution to service standards and presentation. Build and coach a high performing team through clear expectations, regular feedback, and continuous development.
Take charge of day to day operations, including scheduling, stock, safety, and compliance - ensuring a well run, efficient, and profitable shop. Maintain high standards in cleanliness, organisation, and quality through hands on leadership and attention to detail. Champion our mission by mentoring team members, supporting programme participants, and communicating our social impact with pride.
Collaborate with your GM and the wider team to build a loyal guest base and strengthen your café's presence in the community.

- Commercially minded - you understand the link between great operations, sales, and profitability.
- Passionate about quality - from coffee and food to cleanliness and communication.
- Calm under pressure, solutions focused, and always ready to get stuck in.
