They are seeking a dedicated Chef De Partie to join their brigade and play a key role in delivering consistent excellence across their kitchen.

- £38,000 per annum package
- Structured 7-shift rota over 5 days: 1 early shift, 2 late shifts and 2 doubles
- Sunday & Monday off

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie:
- Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard, showcasing the restaurant’s refined modern French‑British style
- Catering for 40 covers per service during the week and up to 100 on Fridays & Saturdays
- Taking ownership of your section, managing mise en place, consistency and cleanliness throughout service
- Contributing creative ideas to menu development and supporting seasonal changes with the Head Chef
- Guiding and supporting junior chefs, promoting teamwork and attention to detail
