Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of livestream creator campaigns.
- Conduct user and performance data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in campaign concept ideation and creative mechanism design.
- Configure campaigns within internal systems and manage campaign setup.
- Track budget allocation and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce structured reports.
- Optimize campaign mechanisms based on data insights.

- Conduct creator research and collect structured feedback.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Data related fields preferred).
- Social media savvy with strong interest in live streaming and the creator economy and a strong sense of internet trends and online culture.
- Personal content creation experience is highly preferred (own social media accounts are a strong plus).
- Data sensitive with basic analytical capabilities and logical thinking.
- Understanding of fundamental internet operation methodologies (user growth funnel, retention logic, campaign lifecycle, etc.).
- Familiar with platforms such as TikTok and other short form or livestream ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with creators.
- Commitment to at least a 4 month internship period.
