We are currently recruiting for a Bar General Manager for The Stage and The Residence at The Londoner.
Overview
The Stage offers a sophisticated experience including a Champagne Bar serving afternoon tea and charcuterie. The Residence is a collection of spaces curated to meet guests' work and leisure needs. As Bar General Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for The Stage through upselling and excellent customer service. Direct the Bar and floor team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by gathering feedback and evaluating service levels. Implement and develop strategies to improve operations in collaboration with the management team. Be responsible for staff training, recruitment, coaching, and development with clear training plans and objectives.
About You
In-depth knowledge of London restaurant and liquor trends, and experience with afternoon teas and champagne. Demonstrated personal ownership, leadership, and coaching skills. Current supervisory experience within a similar environment, with excellent attention to detail and customer service. Proven track record of achieving outstanding personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
