We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations.
Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance to maintain high service standards.
Assist in developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of restaurant management software and basic financial acumen.
