, in the heart of West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands on, proactive individual to become part of a close-knit team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of comfort and quality for our guests.

In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks throughout the residence.

You'll be the first line of response to any maintenance issues, ensuring that faults and hazards are identified and resolved efficiently.

Your day to day will involve working closely with the Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Concierge teams, as well as interacting politely and professionally with guests and external contractors.

You'll also be expected to supervise contractors when required and ensure that all work is completed to the expected standard.

Your technical expertise will be key in delivering high quality maintenance support, and your ability to communicate clearly and respectfully will help foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

This is a full time position, working five days out of seven on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.

Shifts are 8 hours long and fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
