The Role As an Assistant Lettings Manager, you will:
Support the Lettings Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy residential lettings branch.
Take responsibility for branch operations and team leadership in the manager's absence.
Coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve both individual and branch targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
Contribute to business growth through proactive client engagement and market expertise.
Ensure compliance, accuracy, and attention to detail across all aspects of the lettings process.
Maintain professional standards and promote best practice throughout the team.
Assistant Lettings Manager Requirements Minimum of 4 years' consistent experience within residential lettings
Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence working within a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others
Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach
Full UK driving licence
