The Role
As the right hand person to the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a go karting track, with a focus on the bar area, and support the business side of the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the GM in overseeing daily operations at the site, focusing on bar operations.
- Support the team in achieving KPI targets, including wage ratios and profitability.
- Drive revenue and profitability growth, including corporate sales development.
- Assist the GM in people management activities such as recruitment, talent development, training and performance management.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction and demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Maintain a fun and engaging atmosphere to deliver a positive customer experience.
Working Hours
As a leisure and hospitality business, the role requires evening and weekend flexibility. You may be required to work 1 in 3 weekends off.
