This Senior Manager role is part of a rapidly growing Alternative Funds Tax practice that works across private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and real estate clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compliance and advisory work across the full life cycle of fund work, including investor reporting, fund structuring, transaction analysis and advisory support.
- Collaborate with specialist teams on complex technical matters and high value transactional tax work.
Qualifications:
- CTA / ACA / CA qualified.
- Strong sector expertise within Alternative Funds, Hedge Funds or Real Estate.
- Excellent people management experience and readiness to lead a busy, high performing team.
